Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Running a proxy means people are routing their browsing through this site. That comes with a responsibility to be straight about what's happening with that data — so here it is, plainly.

What Gets Collected

Not much. When you use the proxy, basic server logs are generated automatically — things like your IP address, the time of the request, and which page was fetched. This is standard for any web server and isn't something that gets switched off. These logs aren't sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build any kind of profile on you.

Cookies

The proxy uses cookies where a page needs them to function properly — things like keeping a session alive while you browse. No tracking cookies are placed by Unblock-Web itself.

Third-Party Content

The free version of the site shows ads. Those ads come from third-party networks and may set their own cookies or collect their own data. That's outside our control — if you want to avoid it, a browser with an ad blocker handles most of it.

What Doesn't Get Stored

Unblock-Web doesn't store your browsing history, log which sites you visited over time, or tie any activity to a name, email, or account — because no account exists in the first place.

Login Pages

Pages that require a login or private authentication aren't supported by the proxy. If you try to log into something through it, don't — it's not what the tool is built for, and it's not a safe way to handle credentials.

Changes to This Policy

If something changes here, the date at the top gets updated. Worth checking back occasionally if this matters to you.
