What is a web proxy?
A web proxy opens a public web page through an intermediate server instead of loading every resource directly in the browser. On Unblock Web, this is limited to administrator-approved public domains and sanitized previews.
When a web proxy helps
It can help readers open public documentation, articles, references, and lightweight pages with fewer tracking cookies and fewer active scripts. It should not be used to bypass logins, subscriptions, workplace rules, or legal restrictions.
Important limits
Interactive apps, login pages, private dashboards, forms, embedded frames, and unsupported files may not work because the gateway is designed for safer read-only access.
